Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair Boston started in 2010 with a single technician and a used service van. Owen Callahan had spent years repairing appliances alongside his father's shop and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork.
Today ProFix Appliance Repair Boston is Greater Boston's trusted appliance repair company, with a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.

Naomi specializes in the tight galley kitchens and stacked laundry units common in Greater Boston's triple-deckers. She navigates cramped layouts better than anyone on the team.

Théo handles all commercial accounts from Greater Boston restaurants to Waltham's dining-hall kitchens. He understands MA health codes and the electrical quirks of old brick buildings.
